The Kitchen

Small but perfectly formed, the Kitchen was conceived to complement the simple and organic nature of the resort and its surroundings. Simply put, we want to make people happy through our food. We have created a menu full of harmonious contradictions. It’s vibrant and bold yet familiar and comforting; lip smacking yet warm; simple yet daring. Our food is freshly made and free from preservatives and colouring.

Our menu changes according to the seasons but the flavours are always robust, sunny and typically from the Middle East and Asia. The cupboard is wide and welcoming!
